Terms of use

These terms apply to The 100K Coach, which comes with the Make R100,000 by Christmas product sold by Nectar Ads. By signing in you agree to them.

Educational content only

The coach gives general marketing and sales guidance for small businesses. It is educational content, not a service that runs your marketing for you.

No guarantee of income or results

We do not promise that you will make R100,000 or any other amount. The name of the product describes a goal, not an outcome. Your results depend on your offer, your effort, your market, your timing and many things outside our control.

AI replies can be wrong

Replies are written by an AI model. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Check anything important before you act on it. Nothing the coach says is financial, legal or tax advice. Speak to a qualified professional for those matters.

Your access

• Access is personal to the person who bought the product. Please do not share your sign in or your codes.
• Each account includes a set number of messages. We may add more at our discretion.
• We may suspend access if it is shared, abused, or used for spam, deceptive marketing or anything illegal.

Your chat history

We store your chats and questionnaire answers so the coach can remember your business. See the privacy notice for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will tell you when you next sign in.
