Privacy notice

Nectar Ads is responsible for your personal information in The 100K Coach. We handle it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Your email address and name from your purchase.
• Your order number, so we can confirm you bought the product.
• Your answers to the business questionnaire.
• Your chat history with the coach, and how many messages you have used.
• Basic sign in and activity dates.

Why we use it

To check that you bought the product, let you sign in, personalise the coaching to your business, keep your chat history, and support you if something goes wrong. We do not sell your information.

Your chats

Your messages are stored so the coach can remember earlier conversations. They are sent to an AI service to write replies. Please do not share ID numbers, banking details or other sensitive personal information in the chat.

How we protect it

Access to your data is limited to you and the Nectar Ads admin. Data is stored with reputable service providers who are bound to keep it secure.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your access is active and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
